Knowing what you are paying for and what it will cost is important when you are working to stay within your advertising budget. We offer various types of pricing plans to choose from. Hosting services and domain name registration incur separate charges.
*NOTE: A 10% discount is offered to Christian ministries and nonprofit organizations.
Services indicated below are included in your contract:
- Pre-site consultation to determine client needs as well as free customer support even after the site is built.
- All e-mail, local calls, fax, or in person consultations & communications.
- Scanning service
- Domain Name Registration Assistance (Registration fee will apply)
- Search Engine Submission
- Hosting Service Setup (Hosting service fee will apply) or coordination with your present host to upload your pages.
WEB SITE PLANS
PAGES BY DESIGN
This plan allows you to pay by the number of navigational pages. This plan is for those who want to pay by the page and know how many navigational pages they want. The "Pages By Design" plan comes with a number of interactive features, which includes but is not limited to:
- Simple animated gifs or banners
- Flash page header
- Web graphics creation
- Creating new or modifying existing logo graphics for the web
- Interactive web components such as dynamic links (rollovers, drop down)
- Navigational graphics
- Web forms
- Automated screen response for filled out forms
This plan is not a self-managed site.
$85 per page ($95.00 per page January 1, 2009)
This is a one-page web site that will include your company logo, contact information, short description of your services, contact email link, hours of operation and up to three optional photos.
Price: $60.00 ($70.00 January 1, 2009)
BASIC WEB SITE PACKAGE-5 PAGES:
This package includes the following and is strictly a static site:
- Themed site
- 5 page site (Home page with 4 linked pages)
- Static graphics or text for navigation (no roll overs or interaction).
- Graphic page header or client's existing business logo in a digital format compatible with the internet i.e..gif or jpg.
- Email link to your email address and other company contact information. If you prefer a contact form and autoresponder email message or auto response screen add $25.00 to the total price.
This plan is not a self-managed site.
Price: $400.00 ($425.00 January 1, 2009)
CONTENT MANAGEMENT PACKAGE:
With content management software you will be able to do everything from editing text and adding images to using whatever other features you may need. The basic package will include:
- Site Theme Template
- Module Templates Modification
- Software installation
- Database setup
- 7 pages to start with and the option of having a total of up to 20 pages during the initial install. Each page installed after the first 7 will be $40 per page.
- Interactive navigational system.
- Page header: static graphic, client's existing business logo (if supplied), or incorporated flash header.
- E-mail contact form (as 1 of the 7 initial pages) to the e-mail address of your choice.
- Contact email autoresponder message or automated screen response verifying that the form has been sent e.g. "Thank you for filling out our contact form."
You may need the following features as well and your software may also include:
- Blog
- Forum
- Calendar
- Easily add new pages and links
- Announcements (for front page)
- RSS news feeds
- Photo Albums
Most importantly, you will have the ability to make your own content changes to your own web site. You will also receive training in the use of the content management system.

PRO BUSINESS PACKAGE-10 pages:
This package includes:
- Themed Business Site
- 10 pages
- Graphics or text for navigation with interactive navigational system.
- Graphic page header or client's existing business logo or creation of static business banner with client's existing logo.
- E-mail contact form to the e-mail address of your choice.
- Contact email autoresponder message or automated screen response verifying that the form has been sent e.g. "Thank you for filling out our contact form."
- Installation of mailing list and signup page as part of the 10 pages if hosting package provides the free script.
This plan is not a self-managed site.
Price: $650.00 ($750.00 January 1, 2009)
This package includes:
- Themed E-commerce site
- Your choice of either static graphic page header or flash header, or animated .gif page header
- Database installation
- Third party software installation
- Dynamic pages such as those returning search results.
- E-Commerce sites start at $800 and must be priced on a business by business basis. The determining factors for pricing a Business E-Commerce Package are:
- Size of inventory
- Quality of graphics provided by client
- Format of graphics provided by client
- Whether client wants us to modify product graphics or do it themself
- Whether client wants to add their full inventory themself or have us do part of it
Price: $800 and up ($900 and up January 1, 2009)
We currently use the Zencart which is compatible with a number of gateways including paypal. We recommend that all credit card transactions be processed by secured server technology, the purchase of a digital certificate and a real-time payment gateway or sign up for the simple and very affordable PayPal business account.

OTHER SERVICES:
- The creation of RealAudio or video Clips, Windows Media audio or media Clips are an additional $25 for a 30 sec to 1 minute clip. The addition of images, e.g. slideshow, image effects etc, will incurr an hourly charge of $30 ($35.00 January 1, 2009).
- Installation of Third Party Software is $200 should you need to purchase and have installed other software for your site. This includes
- Configuring the software for your site
- Installing it on your server
- Database installation
- Software testing
- Customizing any templates to match your site.
- Database creation with interactive user interface-$35.00 per hour. Need a way to keep track of information and update it or download it via a web browser? Examples: employee information, product information, student information, vendor information, etc. Let us design a web interface so that you can keep track of information online via an administrative login.
PAGE DESIGN TEMPLATES:
For $240.00 ($300.00 January 1, 2009) we can create a custom web page template that includes the home page, an inside page, style sheet and all final graphics associated with the template.
MAINTENANCE OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
$30 per hour ($35.00 January 1, 2009) for any text, sentence, paragraph, image additions/changes on any number of pages.
$45 per page addition or full page change.
$60 down payment required for first time maintenance contracts. If the maintenance project does not require more than one hour you will be refunded $30.00
You decide what type of internet presence your business or organization needs and we will make it happen.
Payment method: We accept cashier's check, money order payable in U.S. currency, or credit card through PayPal. You can order online and we will contact you about the specifications you want on your web site.
Just one-half of the package price in US dollars will be required as a down payment to get us started on your site promptly. Your internet presence can make your business available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the millions of potential customers on the internet today.
